Applied Sciences | International Women in Engineering Day 2024—“Enhanced by Engineering”

International Women in Engineering Day is an international awareness campaign to raise the profile of women in engineering and focus attention on the amazing career opportunities available to girls and women in this exciting industry.

The theme for this year is “Enhanced by Engineering”, we will be celebrating the amazing work that women engineers around the world are doing to support lives and livelihoods every day.

To showcase the immense contribution of women in the field of engineering, Applied Sciences (ISSN: 2076-3417) has collected open access academic research on the topic of engineering. We want to use this special day to share new scientific knowledge from women researchers.
