Dear Colleagues,
Harmonic analysis, a cornerstone of modern mathematical sciences, explores the intricate interplay between symmetry and asymmetry in various contexts, from pure mathematics to applied sciences. This Special Issue, titled "Symmetry/Asymmetry in Harmonic Analysis and Applications", delves into the profound role these dual concepts play in shaping theoretical frameworks and practical solutions. For planned papers, a title and short abstract (about 100 words) can be sent to the Editorial Office for announcement on this website.
Submitted manuscripts should not have been published previously, nor be under consideration for publication elsewhere (except conference proceedings papers). All manuscripts are thoroughly refereed through a single-blind peer-review process. Symmetry is an international peer-reviewed open access monthly journal published by MDPI.

Submitted papers should be well formatted and use good English. Authors may use MDPI's English editing service prior to publication or during author revisions.
