This special issue belongs to the section “Metal Casting, Forming and Heat Treatment“.
Special Issue Information
Dear Colleagues,
The Small Scale Testing Techniques (SSTT) conferences are the primary platform to disseminate the ground-breaking research in the area of small-scale testing technologies showcasing the highlights of the recent developments in this ever expanding field. A selection of the works presented in sixth SSTT conference (which will be organized by the University of Cantabria in Santander, Spain on 1–3 September 2020) will be published in this Special Issue. The topics covered by the Issue are as follows:
- Standardization of small punch tests
- Tensile and fracture of steels with small punch test
- High temperature small punch tensile testing
- Small punch creep testing
- Small punch testing in aggressive environments
- Small punch testing of advanced materials
- Numerical and empirical approaches and correlations
Alternative miniaturized test methods.

Manuscript Submission Information
Manuscripts should be submitted online at www.mdpi.com by registering and logging in to this website. Once you are registered, click here to go to the submission form. Manuscripts can be submitted until the deadline. All submissions that pass pre-check are peer-reviewed. Accepted papers will be published continuously in the journal (as soon as accepted) and will be listed together on the special issue website.
