Dear Colleagues,
Polymeric composite is a major area of interest within the field of polymers. Compounding a polymer with a secondary material, i.e. the reinforcement agent, endows it several interesting properties. There are various processing methods for the polymeric composites; however, the main challenge is desirable dispersion of the reinforcement phase in the polymeric matrix. One of the efficient reinforcement agents with a desirable dispersion ability in the polymeric matrix is the metallic material. In this Special Issue, we welcome original papers and review articles on the subject of Polymer Composites Reinforced with Metals. The focus of this Special Issue is on, but not limited to, the processing of the polymeric composites reinforced with metals, the morphological and the performances of the polymeric composites reinforced with metals, the applications of the polymeric composites reinforced with metals and a combination of these aspects.
