Special Issue Information

Dear Colleagues,

Natural products have long been recognised as a valuable source of potential active ingredients in modern medication discovery. Their biological activities continue to inform the development of safer and more effective treatments for various conditions. In recent years, there has been a growing global interest in scientifically validating the pharmacological properties of traditional medicines and natural compounds. Studies have revealed that many natural products have significant antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, immunomodulatory, and metabolic regulatory effects, contributing to disease prevention and overall well-being. These findings bridge the gap between traditional medicines and modern biomedical science, highlighting the potential of natural products as therapeutic resources.

This Special Issue showcases research and comprehensive reviews exploring the therapeutic potential and mechanisms of natural and traditional medicines.

The aim of this Special Issue is to provide an international platform for researchers to present their latest discoveries and to encourage interdisciplinary collaboration in the field of natural product research.
