Special Issue Information
Dear Colleagues,
The management of cardiac arrhythmia includes invasive treatments such as catheter ablation, cardiac implantable device treatment, and non-invasive treatments, which are the fastest-moving field in modern medicine. Newer technologies have made such procedures more efficient with fewer complications, which has led to improved quality of life in arrhythmia patients. However, as physicians and scientists, we still have not fully understood all aspects of these new technologies and techniques. For example, while pulse field ablation (PFA) of atrial fibrillation ablation has become widely used in the world, especially in the United States, we still have not fully understood its mechanisms, and PFA technologies have their own protocol for delivering energy and ablation. We also need to understand more if we want to use this technology to treat another type of arrhythmia, such as ventricular arrhythmia.
In addition to invasive treatment, non-invasive treatment/monitoring, including wearable devices, has also become increasingly popular. These devices will help physicians improve patients’ lives if used in the appropriate manner.
Our Special Issue aims to present the most recent advances in the management of cardiac arrhythmia, including novel ablation techniques, novel cardiac implantable devices, and novel non-invasive treatment and monitoring of cardiac arrhythmia.

Research articles, review articles as well as short communications are invited. For planned papers, a title and short abstract (about 250 words) can be sent to the Editorial Office for assessment.
Submitted manuscripts should not have been published previously, nor be under consideration for publication elsewhere (except conference proceedings papers). All manuscripts are thoroughly refereed through a single-anonymized peer-review process. Journal of Clinical Medicine is an international peer-reviewed open access semimonthly journal published by MDPI.
