Editor’s Choice articles are based on recommendations by the scientific editors of MDPI journals from around the world. Editors select a small number of articles recently published in the journal that they believe will be particularly interesting to readers, or important in the respective research area. The aim is to provide a snapshot of some of the most exciting work published in the various research areas of the journal.

Conference: The 24th Chinese Ecology Congress

The Chinese Ecology Congress is the flagship conference of the Ecological Society of China, hosted by the Ecological Society of China and undertaken by local universities and institutes. The theme of the conference is “New mission of ecological science: ecological protection, restoration and high-quality development”. The conference has set up dozens of sub-venues on major topics such as innovation in ecological theory, methods and practice, ecosystem functions, services and human well-being, ecological response and restoration to global change, harmonious coexistence between man and nature, and sustainable development.
MDPI will be attending the 24th Chinese Ecology Congress. We welcome researchers from different backgrounds to visit and share their latest ideas with us.
