We are pleased to invite you to participate in a Special Issue on "Advances in Multifunctional Polymer Coatings and Films: Exploring Innovations Across Industries". We are interested in presenting the latest achievements and advancements in the field of polymer coating technologies, which possess various functions and properties.
In our Special Issue, we would like to focus on innovative approaches to the design, synthesis, and application of multifunctional polymer coatings and films. The aim is to showcase the latest trends in the field, including advancements in antibacterial, conductivity, corrosion resistance, self-healing, hydrophobicity, and many other properties.
We encourage the submission of scientific articles, reviews, and short communications covering various aspects of innovative polymer coatings and films. Topics may include, but are not limited to, the following:
- New methods of synthesis and the characterization of multifunctional polymer coatings;
- The application of modern nanotechnological techniques in the production of polymer coatings and films;
- The impact of additives on the properties of polymer coatings and films;
- The application of smart materials in the production of polymer coatings;
- Examples of innovative applications of polymer coatings in various fields, such as medicine, industry, or environmental protection.
