Special Issue Information
Dear Colleagues,
Bone metastases are one of the common and severe complications in cancer patients, often causing pain, fractures and a decrease in quality of life. Interactions between tumors and the microenvironment play a critical role in disease progression, therapy resistance and tumor heterogeneity.
This Special Issue focuses on the molecular mechanisms underlying bone metastases, advances in diagnostic and interventional techniques and emerging precision therapies. We aim to highlight multidisciplinary strategies that integrate surgical, radiological and pharmacological approaches to improve patient outcomes, as well as innovative studies revealing potential therapeutic targets within the bone metastatic microenvironment.
