Error in Figure
In the original publication [1], there was a mistake in Figure 10. Damage index (DI) evolution with increasing story drift (SD%) for the first, second, and third loading cycles. The unstrengthened specimen JB0V (red, dashed) shows the highest DI at large drifts, while JB0VF2X2c (blue, solid) performs better due to C-FRP ropes. JB0VF2X2c + C-FRP (green, solid) achieves the lowest DI growth, confirming the effectiveness of combined joint and beam strengthening, as published. The corrected Figure 10 appears below:

The authors state that the scientific conclusions are unaffected. This correction was approved by the Academic Editor. The original publication has also been updated.
