Comments and Suggestions for AuthorsDear authors,
I am grateful to you for this interesting presentation. The presentation is generally good, but the visuals could be improved. In particular, the skeletal image in the figure should be made clearer. It can be published after this revision; no further revisions are needed.

Reviewer 2 Report
Comments and Suggestions for AuthorsThis is a well-compiled case report that underscores the utility of bone SPECT/CT in evaluating unresolved joint pain. Addressing these minor caption, issues will make the paper fully polished and ready for publication.
The caption for Figure 2 mentions a loose body (A, dashed arrow). Looking closely at Figure 2A, make sure the dashed arrow is clearly distinct from the solid red arrows so readers can immediately identify the detached osteochondral fragment
Comments on the Quality of English LanguageOn Page 3, line 116, the sentence "Arthroscopy is reserved for persistent symptoms and multiple systems grade stability" is slightly awkward. Please rephrase this to clarify what "multiple systems grade stability" means (e.g., "...and to evaluate structural lesion stability across established grading systems").
