Special Issue Information

Dear Colleagues,

Reproductive medicine has traditionally focused on the management of infertility through hormonal evaluation, anatomical assessment and standardized treatment protocols. Significant progress in endocrinology, imaging, embryology and minimally invasive surgery has led to improved fertility outcomes and expanded therapeutic options.

In recent years, growing evidence has shown that reproductive function is closely linked to systemic health. Chronic inflammation, metabolic disorders, immune dysregulation, nutritional status and lifestyle factors are increasingly recognized as important contributors to both female and male reproductive disorders. These findings have broadened the scope of reproductive medicine, supporting a more integrated and individualized approach to clinical management.

The aim of this Special Issue is to present clinically relevant research addressing reproductive medicine as applied in real-world practice. The scope includes female and male reproductive health, fertility assessment, medical and surgical management and assisted reproduction.

This Special Issue welcomes contributions that explore diagnostic strategies, treatment approaches and clinical outcomes in reproductive medicine, with particular emphasis on personalized care, translational research and the integration of emerging evidence into routine clinical practice.

This Special Issue will highlight recent advances and emerging topics in reproductive medicine, including but not limited to:

  • Personalized and patient-centered reproductive care
  • Advances in assisted reproductive technologies and clinical protocols
  • The role of inflammation, metabolism and systemic health in fertility
  • Nutritional and lifestyle factors influencing reproductive outcomes
  • Innovative diagnostic tools, biomarkers and imaging techniques
  • Conservative and fertility-preserving treatments
  • Real-world data and outcome-based research in reproductive medicine

We are looking for the following papers:

  • Original clinical and translational research articles
  • Observational studies and real-world evidence analyses
  • Narrative and systematic reviews
  • Studies addressing diagnostic, therapeutic and management strategies in reproductive medicine
  • Multidisciplinary and patient-centered clinical perspectives

Manuscripts with a clear focus on clinical applicability and relevance to everyday reproductive practice are particularly encouraged.
