Special Issue Information
Dear Colleagues,
We are pleased to invite you to contribute to our upcoming article series entitled “Therapeutic Advances and Emerging Treatments in Inflammatory Bowel Disease.” This collection aims to provide a comprehensive and up-to-date overview of the rapidly evolving therapeutic landscape in IBD, highlighting both established strategies and cutting-edge innovations. We seek high-quality manuscripts that explore topics such as novel biologics and small molecules, optimization of current therapies, precision medicine approaches, biomarkers for treatment selection, endoscopic and histologic targets, and emerging modalities, encompassing antifibrotic agents and microbiome-directed approaches. Original research, systematic or narrative reviews, clinical perspectives, and real-world evidence studies are all welcome. Our goal is to offer clinicians and researchers a reference that advances understanding and supports evidence-based decision-making in the management of ulcerative colitis and Crohn’s disease. We would be delighted to count on your expertise and scientific contribution to enrich this focused series. Please let us know if you are interested in participating.
