Dear Colleagues,
Gliomas, which are among the most aggressive tumors, represent a major clinical challenge due to their molecular heterogeneity, invasive growth, and limited therapeutic accessibility. Recently, nanoparticle-based approaches have attracted a great deal of attention as molecularly precise tools capable of improving diagnosis, targeted therapy, and biological modulation of glioma progression. In light of this, our forthcoming Special Issue aims to highlight the molecular-level advances in nanoparticle–glioma interactions, with particular focus on mechanistic insights and molecular interactions, rather than material development alone.
We are seeking submissions of original research and review articles that address how nanoparticles influence intracellular signaling pathways, gene regulation, epigenetic modulation, drug resistance, immune responses, and tumor microenvironment dynamics in gliomas, with a particular focus on mechanistic understanding and molecular interactions. Ultimately, this Special Issue aims to present molecular and nanotechnology-related research that will deepen our understanding of how nanoscale strategies can be designed and biologically validated to improve the diagnosis and treatment of gliomas.
