This year marks the 10th anniversary of the journal Hydrology (ISSN: 2306-5338), a transdisciplinary, peer-reviewed, open access journal that is published monthly online by MDPI. With a new Impact Factor of 3.1 and a CiteScore of 4.9, the journal is covered in Web of Science, Scopus, AGRIS, and other databases.
The journal encompasses all aspects of hydrology: groundwater, surface water, soil water, and atmospheric water, as well as snow and ice. The American Institute of Hydrology (AIH) and Japanese Society of Physical Hydrology (JSPH) are affiliated with Hydrology.
Since the establishment of Hydrology in 2014, the journal has published over 1000 papers, including more than 300 that have been cited at least 10 times. During the past 10 years, Hydrology has significantly contributed to scientific advancements in the multidisciplinary field of hydrological sciences.
We would like to express our sincerest gratitude to our readers, innumerable authors, anonymous peer reviewers, editors, and everyone working in some way for the journal, for their outstanding work in fostering the vision and supporting the mission of our journal. Without their support, we would never have achieved this significant milestone.
