Dear Colleagues,

This Special Issue, titled "Advances and Challenges of Clinical Immunology", delves into the latest scientific breakthroughs and persisting hurdles in the vibrant field of clinical immunology. It showcases cutting-edge research on immune system functions, autoimmune diseases, immunotherapy strategies, and translational applications, aiming at enhancing disease diagnosis, treatment, and prevention. Its scope encompasses novel insights into immune mechanisms, biomarker discovery, precision medicine approaches, and ethical and regulatory considerations surrounding immunological interventions. Submitted manuscripts should not have been published previously, nor be under consideration for publication elsewhere (except conference proceedings papers). All manuscripts are thoroughly refereed through a single-blind peer-review process. Diagnostics is an international peer-reviewed open access semimonthly journal published by MDPI.
