Dear Colleagues,
The systematic characterization of germline and somatic variants has significantly modified disease classification and refined diagnostic algorithms in endocrine pathology. A growing body of evidence shows the practical utility of next-generation sequencing (NGS) in the diagnosis and overall management of endocrine tumors, including genotype–phenotype correlations and estimated outcomes and disease burden.
This Special Issue will be dedicated to exploring the biological, pathological, and clinical implications of genomic alterations in endocrine tumors, expanding translation between molecular research and clinical practice.
We warmly invite submissions of original research articles and reviews focusing on high-throughput technologies, such as NGS, and their current and future applications in endocrinology.

All manuscripts are thoroughly refereed through a single-anonymized peer-review process. Diagnostics is an international peer-reviewed open access semimonthly journal published by MDPI.
