BBCC2025 is the 20th edition of the conference, which aims to bring together researchers, academics, students, and professionals from around the world to discuss the latest advancements and challenges in bioinformatics and computational biology.
The Program includes the following invited lectures:
Prof. Barbara Di Camillo – Full Professor of Computer Science, Department of Information Engineering, University of Padova, Italy. Preliminary title: “From Single Cells to Multicellular Information Systems Analysis”
Prof. Sean Holden – Associate Professor of Computer Science, Department of Computer Science and Technology, University of Cambridge, UK. Preliminary title: to be defined
Prof. Yayoi Natsume-Kitatani – Director of the Artificial Intelligence Center for Health and Biomedical Research, National Institutes of Biomedical Innovation, Health and Nutrition, Osaka, Japan. Preliminary title: “Data-Driven Approaches to Medical and Omics Data for Advancing Drug Discovery”
Prof. Tomasz Żok – Institute of Computing Science, Poznan University of Technology, Poznan, Poland. Preliminary title: “When bases break the rules—taming the non-canonical nucleic acids.”
The Program will be completed by oral presentations and posters presented by registered participants. Contributions are welcome for the following topics:
Artificial Intelligence in Data Analytics;
Big data and data science;
