Chromosome Segregation and Aneuploidy

The Chromosome Segregation and Aneuploidy Conference brings together fields converging on aneuploidy, encompassing chromosome copy number variation, chromosomal abnormalities, chromosome missegregation, and mitotic failure. Aneuploidy is one of the most prominent hallmarks of cancers as well as congenital chromosome number imbalance syndromes. This meeting aims to interface between mechanisms of chromosome segregation, including chromosome architecture, kinetochore assembly, spindle function and centrosome function all the way through applied, preclinical work and animal models. We bring together scientists from all career levels, from anywhere in the world in an open friendly environment in an intimate venue on the Portuguese coast.
