Travel Award

Dear Colleagues,

We are pleased to announce that the Brain Sciences Travel Award for 2022 was granted to the following two applicants in recognition of their highly regarded work:

Dr. Roberta Bettoni, Postdoctoral Researcher in the Department of Psychology, University of Milano Bicocca; and Mr. Liloia Donato, Ph.D. student in the Department of Psychology, University of Turin. They will each receive CHF 800, which will assist in covering the cost for their attendence at international conferences in 2022.

Dr. Roberta Bettoni intends to present his work, entitled “The time-course of visual rule learning in preverbal infants: evidence from neural entrainment”, at the International Conference on Infant Study (ICIS).

Mr. Liloia Donato will present his research, entitled “Finding the Selectivity of Neuroanatomical Aberration in Autism Spectrum Disorder through Reverse Inference”, at the OHBM 2022 Annual Meeting.

With so many high-quality applicants, the evaluation process and final decision were challenging. We would like to thank all the applicants for submitting such a diverse and fascinating range of research topics. On behalf of Brain Sciences, we congratulate the winners on their accomplishments.
