Molecular Biophysics: Structure, Dynamics, and Function
A section of Biomolecules (ISSN 2218-273X).
Section Information
The Section Molecular Biophysics: Structure, Dynamics, and Function of the open-access journal Biomolecules (ISSN 2218-273X) publishes both high-impact areas of review articles and exceptional original research contributions. The areas of interest include but are not limited to the structure of biomolecules, protein folding, supramolecular structures, molecular self-assembly, molecular signaling, molecular forces, molecular motors, protein structure prediction, and membrane transport. Methodologically oriented papers dealing with spectroscopic, electrophysiological, computational or imaging approaches and other biophysical techniques are also welcome.
We invite you to submit your contributions focusing on but not restricted to:
- Molecular mechanics and motor proteins
- Conformational transitions of macromolecules
- Supramolecular assemblies
- Molecular interactions
- Protein folding and structure prediction
- Spectroscopy and imaging techniques
- Kinetics of molecular events
