Cover Story: This volume covers the outputs from the 3rd International One Health Conference: Mediterranean: Humanity’s Crossroads for Climate, Child and Maternal Health held in Athens, Greece, from 15th to 18th October 2024. The conference focused on the interconnectedness of human, animal, and environmental health. It was divided into five domains: One Health and Sustainable Development: A Common Good Approach; Climate Action and Environmental Stewardship; Social and Environmental Justice and Community Health; Integral Ecology in Urban and Rural Contexts; and Animal Health and Education for Ecological Awareness. The conference emphasized the need for sustainable development practices that respect the balance of natural systems, ultimately aiming to create a healthier planet for future generations.
