This Topic aims to collate cutting-edge research that delves into how psychological factors influence individuals' health, well-being, and overall performance at work. By exploring these connections, we hope to uncover strategies and interventions that can enhance work-related experiences and contribute to healthier and more fulfilling professional lives.
