Special Issue Information

Dear Colleagues,

In recent years, environmental sustainability has emerged as a central priority for organizations, driven by pressing challenges such as climate change, resource depletion, and growing regulatory and societal expectations. Organizations are increasingly being called upon to redefine their strategies as society seeks to harmonize economic growth with environmental stewardship.

This Special Issue explores the pivotal role of organizations in the transition toward a sustainable economy, addressing the opportunities and challenges associated with the adoption of environmentally responsible practices and business models. It emphasizes how advancements in technological innovation, resource management, governance, communication strategies, and psychological interventions can simultaneously mitigate environmental impacts and enhance organizational value.

Topics of interest include, but are not limited to, circular business models, sustainability reporting, the integration of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), the application of green technologies, and the psychological drivers of sustainable decision-making.

We invite scholars, researchers, and practitioners to contribute original insights and practical solutions addressing corporate sustainability challenges. Our goal is to foster an interdisciplinary dialogue and promote knowledge exchange between academia and industry, advancing the discourse on organizational sustainability.
