Feature Review Collection of Natural Products

Dear Colleagues,

For centuries, natural products (NPs) have been recognized for their therapeutic properties, offering solutions for a wide range of diseases and ailments. Even in modern times, their chemical diversity makes NPs valuable not only in the pharmaceutical field but also in industries such as cosmetics, food, and agriculture. This collection aims to explore the most recent advances and cutting-edge research on the diverse roles of NPs across various sectors.

The Topical Collection "Feature Review Collection of Natural Products” is open to reviews that address all aspects of natural compounds and extracts. We welcome reviews that consider not only the benefits of natural products in health and wellness but also their broader applications and the challenges they present. Discussions on their regulatory aspects and environmental impacts are also encouraged.

We invite you to submit comprehensive reviews that provide in-depth insights into current trends and challenges in the use of NPs. Your insights and expertise on this important topic would greatly enrich the collection.

Manuscript Submission Information

Manuscripts should be submitted online at www.mdpi.com by registering and logging in to this website. Once you are registered, click here to go to the submission form. Manuscripts can be submitted until the deadline. All submissions that pass pre-check are peer-reviewed. Accepted papers will be published continuously in the journal (as soon as accepted) and will be listed together on the special issue website. Research articles, review articles as well as short communications are invited. For planned papers, a title and short abstract (about 250 words) can be sent to the Editorial Office for assessment.

Submitted manuscripts should not have been published previously, nor be under consideration for publication elsewhere (except conference proceedings papers). All manuscripts are thoroughly refereed through a single-blind peer-review process. Pharmaceuticals is an international peer-reviewed open access monthly journal published by MDPI.

Submitted papers should be well formatted and use good English. Authors may use MDPI's English editing service prior to publication or during author revisions.
