The 12th Spanish Conference on Electron Devices (CDE 2018) will be held in Salamanca, Spain, from 14th to 16th of November 2018 at Hospedería del Colegio Fonseca.
For more than 20 years the Spanish Conference on Electron Devices, CDE, has served as the major venue for the presentation of the latest progress in current and emerging electron devices and technologies developed by Spanish research groups. The aim of the conference is to review the advances in the field of electronic devices, according to the following topics:
