Section Information

This Section of the Journal of Functional Morphology and Kinesiology (JFMK) aims to advance the knowledge on the role of physical exercise in promoting and maintaining health across diverse populations and settings. The Section welcomes contributions that examine the effects of different exercise modalities, programs, and interventions on physical, mental, and social well-being. Submissions addressing preventative, therapeutic, or lifestyle-oriented applications of exercise for health promotion are particularly encouraged. The scope of this Section includes, but is not limited to, the following topics:
