Special Issue Information

Dear Colleagues,

Recent years have seen remarkable progress in our understanding and management of lower limb trauma—from biomechanical fixation studies and implant innovation to advanced surgical techniques and perioperative care. However, the clinical translation of these advances remains challenging due to the diversity of fracture patterns, patient profiles, and soft-tissue conditions.

This Special Issue, “Clinical Advances in Lower Limb Trauma and Orthopedic Surgery: From Bench to Bedside”, will bridge the gap between experimental research and real-world clinical practice. We welcome original research articles, technical notes, and comprehensive reviews focusing on innovative fixation methods, arthroplasty in trauma, minimally invasive approaches, biological augmentation, postoperative outcomes, and rehabilitation strategies.

We hope that this Special Issue will provide an integrated platform for sharing new insights and fostering collaboration between basic scientists and orthopedic surgeons working toward improving patient outcomes in lower limb trauma care.
