This Special Issue, “Natural Bioactives Targeting Molecular Mechanisms in Neurological Disorders: From Pathophysiology to Therapy,” aims to present the latest advances in the role of natural compounds in modulating the molecular basis of neurological diseases. We welcome the submission of original research articles and comprehensive reviews focusing on bioactive constituents derived from plants, marine organisms, and other natural sources. Particular interest is given to studies elucidating their effects on key pathological processes, including oxidative stress, neuroinflammation, mitochondrial dysfunction, apoptosis, and autophagy. Contributions addressing molecular targets, signaling pathways, and epigenetic regulation are highly encouraged. This Special Issue covers a broad spectrum of neurological disorders, including ischemic stroke, Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s disease, and traumatic brain injury. Submissions with translational relevance—spanning in vitro, in vivo, and clinical studies—as well as innovative delivery strategies to enhance bioavailability and therapeutic efficacy, are especially welcome. This Issue aims to advance the development of natural bioactives as promising therapeutic approaches for neurological disorders.

Submitted manuscripts should not have been published previously, nor be under consideration for publication elsewhere (except conference proceedings papers). All manuscripts are thoroughly refereed through a single-anonymized peer-review process.
