Special Issue Information

Dear Colleagues,

This Special Issue explores the latest advancements and innovative research in the field of radiation therapy. As a cornerstone of cancer treatment, radiation therapy is evolving, offering new strategies and improved outcomes for patients. This Special Issue will feature cutting-edge studies on the novel techniques, technologies, and methodologies used to enhance the precision, efficacy, and safety of radiation therapy. Topics include advancements in imaging and treatment planning, the integration of artificial intelligence and machine learning, radiobiology studies (cell and tissue responses to radiation and mechanisms of action), and the development of personalized treatment protocols. By showcasing these pioneering efforts, this Special Issue aims to inspire further research and collaboration, contributing to the search for more effective and less invasive cancer treatments.
