Conference content (Brief description of the conference):
The ПЕС Conference (International Conference on Applied Electromagnetics) is a long-standing scientific event dedicated to the advancement of research and collaboration in the field of applied electromagnetics.
It was originally established in 1984 at the Faculty of Electronic Engineering, University of Niš, as the First Serbian Symposium on Applied Electrostatics, initiated by Prof. Dr. Dragutin Velicković. The symposium gained international status in 1990 and evolved into an international conference in 2001.
Over the years, the conference has been organized in cooperation with several international institutions, including the Technical University of Ilmenau (Germany) and the Technical University of Sofia (Bulgaria), as well as partner faculties in Serbia. These collaborations have contributed to the continuous improvement of the conference quality and its international recognition.
The conference provides a platform for researchers and engineers from academia and industry to exchange ideas, present recent results, and discuss emerging trends in applied electromagnetics.
Selected high-quality papers are recommended for extended publication in international scientific journals after an additional peer-review process.
