Special Issue Information
Dear Colleagues,
For this Special Issue, we invite researchers, educators, and practitioners to submit manuscripts that examine the multifaceted dimensions of professional well-being among individuals working in school settings, including teachers, para-educators, school psychologists, and other professionals who work directly with students. As educational personnel face increasing demands such as rising levels of stress, burnout, and attrition, it is imperative to prioritize the well-being of both current and future school professionals.
This call seeks scholarly contributions that investigate evidence-based practices, innovative programs, and supportive interventions designed to enhance the mental, emotional, and professional well-being of school professionals. Topics of interest may include, but are not limited to, professional development and mentorship initiatives, self-care and wellness strategies, resilience-building approaches, and the influence of school climate and organizational culture.
Through this collection, we aim to advance a comprehensive understanding of how fostering professional well-being can strengthen practice, sustain the workforce, and ultimately improve educational outcomes for students. We invite you to contribute to this critical dialogue and help shape a more sustainable and supportive future for education.
