Dear Colleagues,
Electroencephalography (EEG) is a device with very good temporal resolution. Further, it is low-cost and harmless to the body without contrast or radiation. EEG was previously mainly used for the diagnosis and treatment of epilepsy, but recently, with the development of quantitative analysis, EEG is being used to diagnose many neurological diseases and predict treatment response. In addition, with the advancement of artificial intelligence (AI), EEG can be applied to neurological diseases more conveniently and quickly. There are many topics related to the diagnosis of neurological diseases using EEG that can be helpful in terms of advancing this fields, and this Special Issue invites papers on all and any of these topics.

Diagnostics is an international peer-reviewed open access semimonthly journal published by MDPI.
