Dear Colleagues,

The Editorial Board and the Editorial Team of Cells gratefully acknowledge all those who have kindly given their time to review papers submitted to Cells and are delighted to announce the winners of the 2020 Cells Outstanding Reviewer Awards. The criteria used for the selection of the winning reviewers included the number of papers reviewed and the quality and speed of the reviews.

Congratulations to the following referees (in alphabetical order by surname), who have been selected to receive an Outstanding Reviewer Award in recognition of their significant contributions over the past year:

Each of them will receive 500 CHF and a Certificate of Appreciation, as well the chance to publish a paper in Cells free of charge in 2020.

The Cells Outstanding Reviewer Award will be held regularly at the beginning of each year. The winners will be selected based on their contributions in the previous year.
