Special Issue Information
Dear Colleagues,
We are pleased to announce this Special Issue in Applied Sciences, dedicated to showcasing cutting-edge developments in animal agriculture and meat science. This Issue aims to highlight innovative research in animal breeding, nutrition, health management, welfare, and sustainable production, as well as advances in meat quality, processing, preservation, and safety.
We invite original research articles, reviews, and methodological studies that address genetic improvement, feed efficiency, precision farming, and the influence of management practices on both animal performance and meat characteristics. Contributions that present original insights, novel technologies, or data-driven approaches to enhance productivity, sustainability, and product quality are particularly encouraged.
This Special Issue provides a platform for researchers to share their findings, foster scientific collaboration, and advance the understanding of the complex interactions between animal production systems and meat quality. We look forward to receiving high-quality submissions that extend the boundaries of knowledge and contribute to evidence-based practices in the field.
