Best Paper Award

Dear Colleagues,

As the Editor-in-Chief of Algorithms, I am pleased to announce the winner of the Algorithms 2019 Best Paper Award.

The award has been granted to one research article:

Paper Title: From the Quantum Approximate Optimization Algorithm to a Quantum Alternating Operator Ansatz
