2021	The inaugural issue was released. Parasitologia was published as a quarterly journal.
2023	Parasitologia was indexed in Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ). Parasitologia was indexed in Scopus (Elsevier), starting with Volume 1 (Issue 1).
2024	Parasitologia was indexed in Emerging Sources Citation Index (ESCI)—Web of Science (Clarivate Analytics), starting with Volume 1 (Issue 1).
2026	Parasitologia adopted a bimonthly publication schedule.
