The review process was based on a peer review system.
Each submission to the conference was sent to two different anonymous reviewers who used a revision format to evaluate it, providing comments and suggestions to improve it and a general evaluation about its acceptability.
Anonymous reviewers were selected among members of the scientific committee.
Reviewers’ comments were sent back to the authors for possible amendments and to be addressed and taken into account in the final version of the proceedings. A final decision about the acceptability of the submission into the conference proceedings was made by the organizing committee according to the general evaluation provided by the reviewers.
A final check of each accepted paper was performed by the organizing committee in order to ensure that all accepted manuscripts were qualified for publication and respected formal aspects.
