According to our publication standards, each journal issue should contain at least one paper. However, we have found that Issue 2, Volume 4, 2023 of Hearts [1] is empty. In this case, the paper published on 29 June 2023 [2] should have been included in Issue 2, but was instead mistakenly assigned to Issue 3, which was released in September 2023.
As a result, several indexing services have delayed their coverage of Hearts.
We sincerely apologize for this error and any inconvenience it may have caused, and hope that the delays caused by this error can be quickly resolved.
