RETRACTED: Ortiz-Garces et al. Development of a Platform for Learning Cybersecurity Using Capturing the Flag Competitions. Electronics 2023, 12, 1753

The journal retracts the article, Development of a Platform for Learning Cybersecurity Using Capturing the Flag Competitions [1].
Following publication, concerns were raised regarding the accuracy of the citations, with many references appearing to be unrelated to the paper’s topic.
Adhering to the concerns raised, an investigation was conducted, and we found that References 1,2,3,4,6,10,11,12,13,15,24,25,26,27,28,29,32,33,34,35,36,37,38,39,40,41,50,53 refer to topics such as chemistry and biology, with these topics being outside the scope of the paper; the article is therefore retracted.
This retraction was approved by the Editor-in-Chief of the journal Electronics.
The authors did not agree with this retraction.
