The journal is retracting the article, “Kinematic of the Position and Orientation Synchronization of the Posture of a n DoF Upper-Limb Exoskeleton with a Virtual Object in an Immersive Virtual Reality Environment” [1], cited above.
Following publication, concerns were brought to the attention of the Editorial Office by the authors regarding an overlap between this publication [1] and a previously published article [2] produced by a different authorship group.
Adhering to our standard procedure, the Editorial Office and Editorial Board conducted an investigation that confirmed a significant overlap, which included equations (Equations (8), (9), (10), (15) and (44)) and text tables (Tables 1 and 3–5), between these two publications [1,2], without appropriate acknowledgement or citation.
As a result, the Editorial Board have decided to retract this publication [1] as per MDPI’s retraction policy (https://www.mdpi.com/ethics#_bookmark30, accessed on 30 April 2021).
This retraction was approved by the Editor-in-Chief of Electronics.
The authors agreed to this retraction.
