This paper examines the effect of e-Learning 21 on the academic achievements of university students in Bangladesh. The paper is well-written overall but there are some important elements missing in the paper. Please refer to the comments below:

1. The authors should include the conceptual framework.

2. Please discuss the sampling method.

3. Please explain clearly the selection of the sample, and how to calculate 275. What method has been applied to get this number?

4. Please justify choosing only one university in Bangladesh. Is this university able to represent the whole population?

5. Please discuss the theoretical contributions and practical implications.
