Cover Story: The rising prevalence of food allergies poses a critical health challenge, particularly for children. Understanding the impact of food allergies on health-related quality of life (HRQOL) is essential, rendering reliable, culturally adapted assessment tools indispensable. This study focused on translating and validating the Food Allergy Quality of Life Questionnaire–Parent Form (FAQLQ-PF) into Greek. Involving parents of children aged 0–12 years with diagnosed food allergies, this study demonstrated excellent internal consistency (Cronbach’s α = 0.94) and strong validity. The findings reveal how factors such as allergy severity, symptoms, and lifestyle restrictions shape HRQOL, offering significant insights into pediatric care in Greece. View this paper
