2011	Pediatric Reports was indexed in PubMed—National Library of Medicine (NLM), starting with Volume 1 (Issue 1). Pediatric Reports was indexed in PubMed Central (PMC)—National Library of Medicine (NLM), starting with Volume 1 (Issue 1).
2015	Pediatric Reports was indexed in Emerging Sources Citation Index (ESCI)—Web of Science (Clarivate Analytics), starting with Volume 1 (Issue 1).
2020	Pediatric Reports was published by MDPI from Volume 12, Issue 3 (2020).
2023	Pediatric Reports received its first Impact Factor (2022) of 1.1.
