The journal retracts the article “The Relationship between CEO Psychological Biases, Corporate Governance and Corporate Social Responsibility” (Salhi 2021), cited above.
Following publication, concerns were raised regarding overlaps with a manuscript that was previously submitted to another journal under a different authorship.
An investigation was conducted which confirmed that significant overlaps existed with the previous manuscript. The overlaps include the Introduction, Theoretical Framework, Research Methodology, and Result Discussion sections.
The JRFM Editorial Office has taken the decision to retract the article (Salhi 2021). We apologize to the readers of JRFM and to the authors of the previous work.
This retraction was approved by the Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Risk and Financial Management.
The author agreed with the retraction.
