- Participants in the SD group and the SD-PLUS group, in comparison with participants in the leisure group, will enhance their self-determination competencies and personal well-being during the post-intervention phase (T1);

- Participants in the SD group and the SD-PLUS group, in comparison with participants in the leisure group, will enhance their self-determination competencies and personal well-being at the three-month follow-up (T2);
