Recruiting Founding Editor-in-Chief for Agrochemicals

We are currently recruiting a founding Editor-in-Chief for the journal Agrochemicals (https://www.mdpi.com/journal/agrochemicals), which is a new, open access journal published online by MDPI covering all areas of agrochemicals.
The main responsibilities of an Editor-in-Chief include but are not limited to:
- Defining the aims and scope of the journal;
- Advising on the strategic development of the journal;
- Deciding whether submitted manuscripts can be sent for review, assigned to other editors, or rejected;
- Ensuring the quality of the published content;
- Nominating/inviting Associate or Guest Editors;
- Nominating/inviting contributors;
- Nominating and leading the Editorial Board;
- Promoting the journal at scientific conferences or through other venues.
