Veterinary Reproduction and Obstetrics is a branch of veterinary science which plays an important role in protecting animal reproductive health, preventing and controlling reproductive diseases, and promoting animal husbandry.
The Veterinary Reproduction and Obstetrics section is dedicated to publishing original research articles, reviews, and communications on all aspects of reproduction in animals, including the physiology and pathology of animal reproductive systems and the clinical advances of veterinary obstetrics, gynecology, andrology, and assisted reproductive techniques. We welcome manuscripts on basic and clinical studies in normal reproduction, reproductive disorders, as well as diseases.
The topics to be covered in this section include but not limited to:
- reproductive physiology, and endocrinology;
- pathology, diagnosis, and treatment of reproductive diseases;
- surgery of the reproductive system;
- assisted reproduction;
- preservation and use of gametes and embryos;
- gestation and parturition;
- subfertility;
- reproductive efficiency.
