Spanish National Robotics Conference

The Spanish Automation Committee (CEA), through its Robotics Thematic Group (GTRob), promotes the National Robotics Conference (Jornadas Nacionales de Robótica - JNR in spanish) in Spain to give visibility and show the activity carried out in the field of research and transfer technological of Robotics. The third edition of the JNR (JNR 2019) will take place in Alicante on June 13 and 14, 2019. The organization of the event is in charge of the research groups Automatic, Robotics and Artificial Vision (AUROVA) of the University of Alicante (UA), and Automation, Robotics and Computer Vision (ARVC) of the Miguel Hernández University (UMH).

JNR 2019 conference is open to the participation of the entire scientific community, associations, consortia of companies and research groups interested in robotics. Quality works by young researchers who carry out their doctoral theses, or end-of-degree or master's projects, will also be accepted. In this way, it is intended that the conference be also a meeting place for young and veteran researchers, where they can share challenges and research advances.

For JNR 2019, communications that present results in any subject of robotics will be accepted, both in the industrial and services fields. Some examples of topics may be the following: robotic inspection, field robotics, education robotics, social robots, robots and autonomous vehicles, humanoid robots, multirobot systems, cooperative robots, modeling and simulation of robots, robot control, sensorization and perception , location and navigation, robotic manipulation, human-robot interaction, etc.
