17th Iberian Peptide Meeting
Proud of the success of the previous editions, it is our pleasure to invite you to participate in the 17th Iberian Peptide Meeting (17 EPI, Encuentro Peptídico Ibérico). The meeting, which is organized by the Iberian Peptide community-affiliated with the European Peptide Society (EPS), will take place in Madrid (Spain) on February 5-7, 2020, on the auditorium of the Rocasolano Institute of Physical Chemistry (IQFR), Consejo Superior de Investigaciones Científicas (CSIC).
Since the first EPI Meeting, more than three decades ago (1988) and now into its 17th edition, EPI Meetings represent a long and well-established biennial gathering of specialists from the Iberian Peninsula, who share the world of Peptides as a common research interest, focussed on different disciplines, such as synthetical, structural, biophysical, computational, or with pharmaceutical, biomaterial or food science applications.
The 17 EPI will be an excellent opportunity to merge together highly experienced senior scientists from Portugal, Spain and other European countries, imparting invited and plenary lectures, with students (post-graduated and postdoctoral) and junior researchers, that would have the occasion to present their work as oral, flash or poster communications to be selected from the submitted abstracts.
Finally, to point out that Madrid is a lively, attractive and cosmopolitan city in which nobody feels a foreigner. The hospitality of the "Madrileños" is worldwide recognized.
